Have had difficulties with renewing WiFi and other connect services for our Cayenne. Tried the 800 number (don’t bother unless you have hours to waste) also tried the Porsche e-mail, another waste of time. Actually went to the dealership in West Palm Beach. Some of the people were nice, but unfortunately useless. Finally called Village Porsche in Cincinnati. A very nice and helpful person named Melanie helped us over the phone and fixed our problem. She was very courteous and patient. She told us she had never done what we requested, but would do her best. Great customer service!!

We took delivery of a new 2020 Porsche 911 cabriolet on May 28 after working with AJ Murphy and Rob Bernard at the dealership. From start to finish from negotiation to delivery was a great experience. As I have taken delivery of a number of vehicles in the past 40 years this was - by far - our best total experience. Friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, fair - I literally "kick myself" for not having bought a car with them earlier. In the two weeks since taking delivery they have had routine follow ups and check-ins to ensure the post experience has been exceptional. I can only say that my wife and I have been impressed and are now "raving fans" of the dealership. Its a great team and they have definitely delivered above my (very high) expectations. I love the new ride but also look forward in returning to see them for another one sooner vs. later!

Just picked up my new Macan and I just love it!! I must say everyone was great! They treated me with courtesy and respect from the start. Trey, A.J., Aziz and Bill were very professional without being stuffy. I'd like to thank Aziz in particular. He was wonderful to work with and obviously knows his stuff. GREAT JOB!!

I have had my Porsches (4) serviced at Porsche of the Village for the past 15 years. During that time I have worked closely with David Proffit the service manager to feel 1000% comfortable with the work needed and the best solutions to my service problems. In addition to the standard service of the cars, David has helped me with the winter-to-summer switchover and back, even when I had a car change in the middle of it requiring a size change - he was a magician! You may have heard that "It isn't just about the cars, its about the people?" Well David is the reason people say that!

Jim was excellent in all categories. He was very responsive in getting back to me. He was very courteous. He was very fair in negotiations. He went above and beyond.

I purchased a 2011 Porsche Carrera S a couple of months ago from this dealership. Everything was handled via email and the salesman, Jim Mohrfield, made the buying process very easy and was even able to find better financing terms with a local bank in their area. I live in Texas, so Jim even helped secure transportation of my Porsche from their dealership in Cincinnati, OH to my driveway. I would definitely consider this dealership again for any future purchases and Jim was a great guy to work with throughout the entire process.

I had a very positive experience with Porsche of the Village. I live in Illinois and purchased the car from a distance of 500 miles. The car was in great shape and as described. They gave me a fair price on my trade and the selling price of the car I purchased was fair as well. I would strongly recommend Jim Mohrfield and Porsche of the Village.

I purchased a pre owned Porsche from Jim Morfield. I found the vehicle advertised on the internet and made all the arrangements via email. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He arranged to trade my Audi Q-7 at a fair price. The lines of communication were always open. AJ handled the financing in a down to earth, but professional way. I live 600 miles from the dealership and drove the trade to them. Jim was most accomadating. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers over the years and I can't remember having a better experience. Keep up the good work!

Jim Mohrfield was a great salesman to work with. He facilitated my decision making process for a CPO 2010 911 C4S Cabriolet. He is very straight forward and easy going. I really appreciated working with Jim. He even came through with a transport service (I live in WA state) when the original company failed to pick the car up! I highly recommend Jim and the dealership.

The porsche I purchased from them was in excellent condition. The car was nicer than expected and the process for buying the car was painless, all the documents were ready for my signature. I value good customer service and received it from every one involved. I would buy from them again, they are a 9 hour drive for me and they are worth it.

I was very pleased with my experience at Porsche of the Village. The dealership is in a nice area of town and the people at the dealership are the kind of people I like to do business with. I flew up the next day. They picked me up at the airport and took me to a very nice hotel nearby. The next morning, I test drove the car with Jim then paid for the car. Afterwords, Jim showed me how to work the GPS so that I would not drive through downtown Cincinnati on my trip to Tennessee. It was important to him that I was happy with my purchase. Jim and I have stayed in contact since that time. I would drive another 800 miles to do business with them again.

My purchase was a long distance/sight unseen purchase of a used Cayman. The process was incredibly simple and the car was absolutely as described by the dealership. I picked up the car early morning after the dealership picked me up from the airport. Jim had all the paperwork complete and I was less than 30 mins completing the transaction and on the road for a long 7 hr drive. Much appreciated!! Porsche of The Village had best price on vehicle I was looking for. It was delivered from Cincinnati with basically no xxxx ups. There were a few issues that they took care (or are in process thereof). Sales rep was easily accessible and helpful at all times. I would buy from them again.
